Annual Auction & Dinner Gala

Get ready... It's the Chesapeake Christian School Annual Auction & Gala!

The 2017 Silent Auction & Dinner Gala is Saturday March 4th. Doors open at 6pm, with dinner beginning at 7pm.

This year, we're heading up and moving out to the Wild, Wild West!

You can also purchase a sponsorship to the event, or make a monetary donation.

Online ticket sales END March 2nd at 11:45pm!

  • 2/6-3/3 Adults $25 Children 10 and under $15.
  • Buy a table for 8 before 2/27 for $180.
  • Business table for 8 includes a notation in the program and reserved table sign for $225.
  • We will not be selling tables for 8 after 2/27.
  • Make your teacher's night, buy them a ticket for $20.

February 20th, paper tickets will be available in the school office.

Saturday March 4th, the doors open at 6, the Silent Auction and appetizers begin at 6:30. The fun continues from there, including the famous Live Auction!!

The past three years we have sold out, so it is suggested that you get your tickets as soon as possible!

We still need your help in making each of our fund raising events a success.

Up until February 20th, we still have many opportunities for businesses to support this event and to get the news about your business out to over 200 people.

The saying goes, "Many hands make light work", and that is certainly the case with putting together an event such as this! Volunteering just a small amount of time, whether it is for gathering donations, helping greet people the evening of the event, decorating, hunting for decorations, promoting the event, or cleaning up afterwards.

It takes a village to raise a child and this is a way we can give back to those who help teach our children the many wonderful things they learn at Chesapeake Christian School. Please consider devoting just a small amount of your time, not only attending the event, but in its development. If you would like to help, just contact either Lori Secrist or Mary Bryan. By participating as a donor, you not only receive the benefit of contributing towards the success of this event, but you have the opportunity to receive recognition from those bidding on the Silent Auction items. The annual auction and gala is an evening of fellowship and fundraising. Parents, community friends, faculty and staff come together to celebrate all that God is doing at Chesapeake Christian School.

The event includes live and silent auction, entertainment, dinner, dessert and more. The auction and gala provides a wonderful opportunity for our Chesapeake Christian family and members of the community to partner together to raise funds that directly benefit our students and faculty.

Event Sponsorships

Event Sponsorships help to underwrite the cost of the event. This includes the cost of decorations, food, tickets all of which add up quickly. We have a variety of sponsorship levels available to fit every budget. Deadline to sponsor and receive printed recognition is 2/20/16! Auction Program Advertising

This is a great, affordable way to get information out to a new audience! The families that attend Chesapeake Christian live all over the Mid-Shore and support those who help to support our wonderful school!
