Annual Auction & Dinner Gala

It's a brand new school year, and our PTG Committee is gearing up for theme selection and Auction Committee members and volunteers!

Be sure to join the CCS PTG and help drive this to become the most successful Auction we have had yet!

As in the past 4 years, we have offered a Silent & Live Auction, Dinner and the opportunity for fellowship.

We will be seeking sponsorships and donations throughout our school community and area and know we can count on each of our families' to contribute to this success!

The saying goes, "Many hands make light work", and that is certainly the case with putting together an event such as this! Volunteering just a small amount of time, whether it is for gathering donations, helping greet people the evening of the event, decorating, hunting for decorations, promoting the event, or cleaning up afterwards.

It takes a village to raise a child and this is a way we can give back to those who help teach our children the many wonderful things they learn at Chesapeake Christian School. Please consider devoting just a small amount of your time, not only attending the event, but in its development. If you would like to help, just contact either Lori Secrist or Mary Bryan. By participating as a donor, you not only receive the benefit of contributing towards the success of this event, but you have the opportunity to receive recognition from those bidding on the Silent Auction items. The date of the 2018 CCS Auction will be announced soon! Be sure to sign up now to help with this great event and fund raiser for our school!

The funds raised in years past have helped to provide bus transportation, chemistry tables, smart boards, and a new playground! The PTG is very excited about this coming year, and know we can count on every families' contributions of time and attendance to this fun evening!

The annual auction and gala is an evening of fellowship and fundraising. Parents, community friends, faculty and staff come together to celebrate all that God is doing at Chesapeake Christian School.

The event includes live and silent auction, entertainment, dinner, dessert and more. The auction and gala provides a wonderful opportunity for our Chesapeake Christian family and members of the community to partner together to raise funds that directly benefit our students and faculty.

Event Sponsorships

Event Sponsorships help to underwrite the cost of the event. This includes the cost of decorations, food, tickets all of which add up quickly. We have a variety of sponsorship levels available to fit every budget. Deadline to sponsor and receive printed recognition is 2/20/16! Auction Program Advertising

This is a great, affordable way to get information out to a new audience! The families that attend Chesapeake Christian live all over the Mid-Shore and support those who help to support our wonderful school!
