ART DEPARTMENT

With a positive attitude and a desire to learn you will surprise yourself with what you can achieve!

Our program is designed to review, build upon and introduce elements of art and design principles.  

A variety of techniques and media are used to improve artistic skill.

Students gain a visual vocabulary.  Art history, cultural art, contemporary art and art movements are explored.  

Projects and activities boost critical thinking habits, improve collabrative participation, grow creativity, 

seek to develop a growth mindset and develop communication skills both verbal and non verbal.
